In my element











































That is exactly what the gym does for me. It is not fitness, it is life. Keeping in shape and exercising provides so much more than a physical work out, but a mental one as well. The gym is also a place that provides a mental work out. It clears my mind and takes off so much stress...I feel so relieved once I am done.... It is true what they say about endorphins providing happiness.  That is my drug of choice :)  No matter how tired and exhausted you are, going to the gym should always be a priority......It is like taking medicine. 
It also allows for me to self reflect and sort things out inside my head. This is why I feel like it is mental and physical therapy.
